This is a really poor error reporting.
Can you please describe the problem, give links or access to the seo and package settings?
When you're just saying its not working i can't do anything.
I am having the same issue as the OP. Why type again what has been already said? I deleted all routes and it still had the same issue. I had to uninstall the plugin as it rendered all URL inaccessible. 
I just upgraded now I can't access the forum URLs...
Also, I tried creating a new route for the blog with information below but I am having the same issues as before:
I am unable to create entries as site.com/blog/entry-add/ simply shows site.com/blog/.
Any suggestions? Thank you!

I am unable to add lexicon articles. Same issue as above. Links open at http://site.com/lexicon/entry/6-hello-world/ but only the lexicon index page shows up instead of the actual article...
So it is only possible for the boards and not the lexicon?

I added a route for LexiconPage with controller lexicon\page\LexiconPage and parameters to ignore /{id}-{title} which successfully changes site.com/lexicon/lexicon/ to become just site.com/lexicon/. The problem is if you click on any of the Lexicon categories nothing it will simply redirect site.com/lexicon/.
Do I need to add more routes? If so, which parameters? Thank you for your help!
Thank you for replying! The blog links work well. However, the Lexicon categories simply link to the Lexicon index. So category links show as http://site.com/lexicon/ instead of http://site.com/lexicon/category. Any thoughts on this? Thanks!
I just purchased your plugin via Woltlab mainly to remove the annoying "index.php" perimeter from URLs.
I want http://site.com/lexicon/lexicon/ to become just http://site.com/lexicon/ and http://site.com/blog/blog/ to become just http://site.com/blog/. How can I achieve this? Thanks!
