Because your IP is blocked, please restart your internet to change your IP adress. If you have a static IP, please use a proxy system like Hotspot Shield or PROxpn.
Why do I get a C8 error?
To fix this,
Create a shortcut of your sro_client.exe, right click it > properties and add this : 0 /22 0 0 behind the "address"

Now start silkroad.exe, but don't click start and then start the shortcut of the sro_client.
