Führ den Bot als Admin aus, das sollte das Problem schon beheben.

Du musst mit hoher Wahrscheinlichkeit den Pfad in der Fix Data.bat anpassen. Weiß nicht, wie dir Ordner unter WinXP heißen, aber das Script ist für Win7 ausgelegt.

--locale arg Silkroad locale (isro or rsro)

--disablemap Disable the Silkroad map
--bindip arg Bind address
--logpackets Log Silkroad packets
--loginserver arg iSRO login server (26, 27, 28, 29, 30)
--proxyip arg SOCKS proxy IP
--proxyport arg SOCKS proxy port
--proxyversion arg SOCKS version (4 or 5)
--proxyuser arg SOCKS username
--proxypass arg SOCKS password

Wichtig dabei ist, dass du ZWEI Bindestriche vor jeden Befehl machst. "arg" steht für Argument, also halt den jeweiligen Wert
