What u will need:
Optimal Hexeditor
First make sure you have Simple esp v4 (you can find it in the cdb)..Next update the offsets if you need to.(atm we needn`t to do it)
Next we must hexedit the .dll so grab my tutorial and search for the files that have to be renamed.
Make sure to search for the word "cnpse.cfg".Your going to get about 1 result i believe.Rename just the cnpse part in whatever u will but remember that it must be have the same lenght!!!.So were gonna block the .cfg part against vac now.
So save it and close hexeditor now.So u remember we had changed the cnpse.cfg string in the .dll to whatever u want.
Of course u must change the filename too.
(Example: If you have changed cnpse.cfg to p0rno.cfg u must rename the cnpse file to p0rno.cfg , too!)
***NOTE*** Dont change the filename of opengl32.dll!!!
Afte.r you have done this we have another problem and im sure most of you have asked this.Why cant we edit the cvars in cnpse.cfg...Im sure u can, but u have to do more than that to make it compatible with cs.
So make sure to rename the cvars as i don't want you guys to get detected in any way.
So open up the opengl32.dll again and search for the word "panic"and finally u will see the words:

among themselves...
So you only have to edit all parts before _key!
Example:
panic_key changed/edited to p6nic_key
smoke_key changed/edited to sm0k5_key
and so on...REMEMBER THAT IT MUST BE HAVE THE SAME LENGHT!
Notice that u only have to edit this words who are in the code!!!
So than save the .dll as well and close it for now.
Now open up the .cfg file and edit all the cvars into the same words as in the .dll file.
Afte.r you done that edit the heading (headline) ,too.
Its the word "keys " change it to a other thing like "k5ylist"
It may have more letters than 4!
So u see some numbers behind the cvars.
Edit all to 45 except cross_key 0 and panic_key 0 (Only keep this 2 cvars so) I will say to you later why...
Now u can save your .cfg and close.
If everything goes well you have succesfully tweaked most of
Simple esp and have your own private vac hack.
Your activation key ingame is now INSERT/EINFG (45)
