Es müsste folgendes sein:

PHP

$ch = curl_init();

In der php.ini müsste php_curl.dll auskommentiert sein. Einfach den Kommentar entfernen. Damit aktivierst du curl in php. Und nicht vergessen den webserver neuzustarten
